Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates We exclusively use USPS Ground Advantage for all shipments to ensure consistent, reliable delivery with tracking and insurance.

• For orders $99.00 and over: Shipping is FREE.

• For orders under $99.00: We charge a flat rate of $4.95 for shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time Once shipped, USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days, depending on your destination.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes? Yes! Because we ship via USPS, we are able to deliver to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Damages and Lost Packages Jackson Lucas Silver is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, USPS Ground Advantage comes with up to $100 in insurance. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact the carrier to file a claim.
